ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE E-NAIRA USER SUPPORT SYSTEM IN NIGERIA

ABSTRACT: This study was carried out on assessing the effectiveness of the e-naira user support system in Nigeria using resident of Asaba , Delta State as case study. Specifically, the study determine if the eNaira user support system provides technical aid to users. The study also determine whether the eNaira user support system is accurate and unobtrusive. Lastly, the study determine whether the eNaira user support system helps users to resolve system navigation issues . A total of 180 responses were validated from the survey. From the responses obtained and analyzed, the findings revealed that the eNaira user support system provide technical aid to users. Also, the eNaira user support system is accurate and unobtrusive. Lastly, the eNaira user support system help users to resolve system navigation issues. The study hereby recommend that the central bank should ensure the e-naira application be upgraded regularly with user support system so as to ensure for the smooth usage of the application.
